For our CMHR funded Summer Students this is a mandatory event, but it is open to all trainees who are currently working in a lab with a member of the Bone and Joint Institute.

Become a Mentor

Step 1: To become a CMHR Mentor, you must first self-identify and have applied to the Bone and Joint Institute

Step 2: Once Institute Membership Status has been confirmed, individuals may apply to hold Mentor Status with the CMHR program by completing the CMHR Mentor Application. Mentors in this program are Full-Time Tenures or Probationary Faculty holding Membership with The School of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies at Western. Membership within this program is not fixed and application for Mentor Status is welcomed by the Program Committee at any time.

The committee welcomes ongoing applications for new mentors to the CMHR Program. Questions should be addressed to Samantha Mundy (at cmhruwo@uwo.ca or 519-661-2111 ext. 34477). A word version of this form is available by request.
